Please read carefully before your stay

These terms and conditions govern your stay at Forget Me Not Resort, Agonda, South Goa. By making a reservation you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following.

01  ·  Reservations and Payments

Reservations & Payments

  • A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
  • This prepayment will be charged shortly after the reservation is made.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival / check-in unless otherwise stated.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

03  ·  Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • If the cancellation is made within 7 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
  • In case of no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged.

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reception Hours

  • Our reception operates 24 hours a day to assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any enquiries.

  • Total number of rooms: 16
07  ·  Guest Responsibilities

Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition during their stay.
  • Any damage to property, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the guest.
  • Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
  • Loud noise, parties, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Child Policy

  • Children up to 12 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra beds, meals, or special arrangements.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times.

  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
10  ·  Safety & Security

Safety & Security

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Please ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the premises.
  • Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to management.
11  ·  Force Majeure

Force Majeure

  • The property shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
12  ·  Amendments & Modifications

Amendments & Modifications

  • Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval.
  • The property reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
13  ·  Governing Law

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable local laws.
